Joey Underwood

Joey Underwood is a facilities management professional with extensive experience in various roles within the industry. Currently serving as the Head of Facilities at LABS since July 2023, Joey previously held the position of Senior Facilities Manager at Kitt from January 2022 to July 2023. Prior to that, Joey worked as a Facilities Manager and Facilities Management Officer at Kitt and a Facilities Coordinator at LABS. Experience also includes serving as a Facilities and Mailroom Supervisor at Swiss Post Solutions and working as a self-employed Event Specialist. Joey began a career in facilities with a position as a Postal Worker at Royal Mail from August 2009 to January 2016, primarily in South East London. Joey holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Carshalton College and has additional qualifications from IOSH.
