Doug Lubey

Doug Lubey has extensive work experience in various technology roles. Doug was the Founder of CarbonPosture, where they specialized in Scope 1,2,3 emissions and reporting. Additionally, they served as the Director of Information Technology at Alliance Safety Council, where they led technology teams and oversaw the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and IT infrastructure. Doug was also involved in several project highlights, including AWS Cloud migration, DevOps implementation, Agile adoption, and building a SAAS Learning Management System (LMS). Doug also managed teams in Data Sciences, Analytics, Business Intelligence, Software Development, Systems Technologies, Security, Network Infrastructure, Cloud, Disaster Recovery, and Internet Services. Doug's expertise lies in integrating new business opportunities with legacy operations and ensuring high-quality software solutions using various technologies.

Doug Lubey obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems and Services from the University of Phoenix between 2000 and 2003. Before that, they completed an Associate of Science - AS degree in Computer Science at Jamestown Community College from 1990 to 1994. In addition to their academic achievements, they have obtained several certifications including a Google Analytics Certification from Google in August 2023, an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in September 2022, a DevOps Foundation Certificate from PeopleCert in June 2018, and a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in March 2017.
