Jen Roddy

Jen Roddy has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry, starting in 2001. Jen worked as a Customer Service Agent at Comair from 2001 to 2005. Following that, they joined C. Winchell Agency as an Assistant Vice President/Recruiter, working there from 2005 to 2016. From 2016 to 2021, they served as a Sr. Executive Recruiter at Lear & Associates, specializing exclusively in the insurance industry. Currently, they are working at Alliant Insurance Services, where they have held various roles, including Senior Corporate Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Team Lead, Talent Acquisition Manager, and currently, as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition.

Jen Roddy, CDR, attended East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania from 1997 to 2001. Jen studied Media Communications and Political Science during their time there. In addition to their degree, Jen Roddy holds several certifications including Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter from AIRS, an ADP company (obtained in December 2023) and LinkedIn Recruiter Certification (obtained in 2021). Jen also obtained another Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter certification from AIRS powered by ADP in December 2021.
