Tal Schneier

Tal Schneier is an experienced professional in Talent Acquisition, currently serving as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at eToro since August 2023, where leadership extends to a team of seven recruiters and management of the worldwide talent acquisition strategy. Previously, Tal held the position of EMEA Talent Acquisition Manager at Check Point Software Technologies Ltd, overseeing a team across multiple countries, and has also led recruitment teams at Verbit.ai, WalkMe™, ZIM Integrated Shipping Services, and Tower Semiconductor. Tal's career includes significant achievements in optimizing recruitment processes, enhancing hiring manager satisfaction, and successfully managing recruitment efforts for various departments. Tal holds an M.A. in Occupational Psychology from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo.
