Justin Curtis

Justin Curtis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the insurance and employee benefits sectors. Currently serving as First VP, Employee Benefits Consultant & National Practice Leader for Solution Innovation & Strategy at Alliant Insurance Services, Justin also holds the position of Founder, President & Chairman of the Board for the BeLegendary Movement, which focuses on mental health and life skills resources for youth. Additional roles include membership in the Rare Advisor Drive (RAD) Collective and a history of leadership with the Employee Benefits Planning Association, where past responsibilities included Board President. Justin's notable previous positions include Director of National Accounts at Progyny, National Director of Client Services at Continental Benefits, and Principal at Mercer.
