Stacy Miller Bruzek

Stacy Miller Bruzek is currently the Director of Talent Management and DEI Principal at Allianz Life. Previously, Stacy served as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Talent Lead at U.S. Bank for over a decade. With a background in Sociology, Russian Languages and Literature, and a J.D. in Law, Stacy has a wealth of experience in talent development, employee relations, project management, and HR communications. Stacy's expertise in designing and implementing DEI programs and solutions, as well as their strong leadership skills, make their a key influencer and collaborator across organizations.
