Phil Hempenstall

Phil Hempenstall's work experience includes a range of financial management and advisory roles in various companies. Phil served as the Chief Financial Officer at Allied Crane Hire from 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Board Member at Visyload, a company providing cost-saving products for the Mining and Construction industries. Phil also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Levitate Your Business, a management consulting firm. Phil Hempenstall has a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) degree in Financial Accounting from the University of Newcastle, which was obtained from 2003 to 2006. Phil also holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Project Management and Marketing from the University of New England, which they completed from 2007 to 2009. Phil further pursued a Graduate Certificate in Professional Accounting from the University of New England during 2011 and 2012. In 2017, they obtained a Certificate in Leading with Finance from Harvard Business School Online, specializing in Accounting and Finance. Additionally, they are a Registered practitioner with the Tax Practitioners Board since 2021 and a Member of the National Tax and Accountants' Association (NTAA) since 2020. Phil also holds the FIPA AFA certification from the Institute of Public Accountants, obtained in 2011.
