Margeaux King

Margeaux King serves as the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at The Toro Company since August 2022, with additional roles including Leadership Board Member for the Human Resources Executive Council and HR & Compensation Committee Member at Allina Health. With extensive experience at Ecolab from 2007 to 2022, Margeaux held various senior leadership positions, overseeing global total rewards, talent management, and organizational development. Previous roles include Manager of Human Resources at MGI Pharma and Hiway Federal Credit Union, where foundational HR capabilities were developed. Margeaux's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development from the University of Minnesota, an MBA in Organizational Change, and a Master of Arts in Management from The College of St. Scholastica, supplemented by a Modern CHRO Executive Program from Cornell University.
