Nitisha Balkissoon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Nitisha started their career at FNB South Africa as a Sales Consultant in 2006, and then moved on to Nedbank as a Retentions Consultant in 2006-2007, and later an Admin/Inbound Consultant in 2007-2008. Nitisha then joined Discovery in 2008 as a Quality Assurance Specialist, where they addressed customer queries and service complaints for three years. In 2012, Nitisha joined AllLife as a Trainer and Performance Coach, responsible for conducting training and coaching in various departments. Nitisha was later promoted to Coaching and Training Manager and then to Underwriting Admin Operations Manager, where they managed staff, implemented call center strategies, and improved systems and processes.
Nitisha Balkissoon obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor Of Business Administration from Mancosa between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, in 2014, they completed Assessor-ETDP Accreditation and Facilitator-ETDP Accreditation at Annacol Training. In the same year, Nitisha also studied Design and Develop Outcome Based Learning Programmes at Annacol Training. Nitisha pursued Business Management at Unisa from 2013 to 2014. Before their university education, Nitisha acquired the 120 Fais Accreditation at PSG Consulting from 2009 to 2011. Lastly, they completed their Matric at Arena Park Secondary from 1995 to 1999.
