Principal Scientist at Allogene Therapeutics

Stephanie Guthrie is a Principal Scientist at Allogene Therapeutics since March 2021, transitioning from a Senior Scientist role. Previously, Stephanie served as a Graduate Student Researcher in the Giri Lab at the University of Virginia from September 2015 to December 2020, focusing on crystallization and formulation, technical development, and establishing a new laboratory. Notably, Stephanie designed innovative methods for crystallization and solid-state characterization while managing laboratory safety and training students. In leadership roles within the Chemical Engineering Graduate Student Board, Stephanie facilitated departmental engagements and recruitment initiatives. Earlier research experience includes optimizing a microfluidic system for circulating tumor cell isolation at the University of Michigan's Nagrath Lab. Stephanie holds a Ph.D. and MS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia and a BSE from the University of Michigan.
