Ofer Shai

Ofer Shai has extensive experience in project management and software development, currently serving as a Project Delivery Manager in R&D at Allot since April 2000. Responsibilities include collaborating with Product Management and R&D leadership to establish product direction and oversee development programs throughout their life cycle. Additionally, Ofer has held roles such as Manager in the Embedded Group and Software Development Group Leader, demonstrating strong leadership in developing solutions and managing teams. Previous experience includes Software Engineer positions at Beyond 2000, with significant contributions to automation projects and subscriber management systems. Ofer Shai holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physics from Bar-Ilan University and has received specialized training in RT Software Engineering from IBM Israel.
