Greg Downham

Greg Downham has a diverse work experience that spans over many years. Greg started their career at BT Group in 2008, where they worked as a Change Agent and later became a Transmission Engineer. In these roles, they ensured the smooth operation of BT's network infrastructure and set up Outside Broadcasts. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as an L&D Trainer at BT Group, where they were responsible for implementing and training employees on the new Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud-Based HR System. In 2016, they joined Openreach as the Operations Manager and later became the Senior Design Manager in the Chief Engineers Office. In 2021, they moved to Swish Fibre as the Head of Design & GIS, and in 2023, they joined AllPoints Fibre as the Director of Shared Services.

Greg Downham completed an Advanced Apprenticeship at BT Plc from 2005 to 2008, earning an NVQ/BTEC Diploma in Telecommunications Technology/Technician.
