Mike Rapa's work experience includes:

- Director of Software Development at Altera Digital Health since 2022.

- Director of Software Development and Senior Development Manager at Allscripts from 2002 to 2022. In these roles, they were responsible for major modules in an enterprise-level hospital electronic medical records product, managed large development teams, and led new development efforts to satisfy government regulations.

Mike Rapa began their education in 1995 at Philadelphia University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Mike completed their undergraduate studies in 1999. Following this, from 2002 to 2005, they attended Penn State Great Valley and obtained a Master of Engineering degree with a specialization in Software Engineering.
