Umesh Pandiya

Umesh Pandiya is an experienced operations professional with a career spanning several years in team leadership roles. Currently serving as Operations Team Manager at Allstate since July 2019, Umesh previously held the position of Senior Team Lead at Tech Mahindra from 2018 to June 2019. Prior to that, Umesh was Operations Team Lead at Bentech, now part of Exela Technologies, in Pune, Maharashtra, India, from April 2016 to April 2018. Umesh began a career in team leadership as Team Lead at Tracmail India Pvt Ltd from July 2014 to February 2016.
