Erica Avila

Erica Avila has a diverse work experience in recruitment and talent management. Erica first worked as a Recruitment Specialist at Stantec, where they sourced and matched qualified individuals to specific job descriptions. Erica then moved on to Amtec Inc. as a Staffing Manager. Afterwards, they joined Core States Group as a Corporate Recruiter, where they coordinated with company managers to understand their hiring needs and recruited suitable candidates. Erica subsequently worked at Artic Mechanical, Inc. as an Internal Recruiter, where they implemented new processes for hiring HVAC and Refrigeration technicians. Lastly, they served as the Director of Recruitment at AllSTEM Connections, where they led a team of Technical Recruiters, contributed to the company's growth, and maintained a personalized approach to hiring.
