Shilpa Shekar

Shilpa Shekar currently serves as the Senior Manager of People & Culture for APAC at Allucent since March 2022. Prior to this role, Shilpa held various positions at Pharm-Olam, LLC from October 2016 to May 2022, including HR and Talent Acquisition Manager and HR Specialist for India & APAC. Shilpa also worked at Pharm-Olam International as a Human Resources Specialist from September 2015 to June 2016 and at ClinTec International in multiple roles from January 2009 to August 2015, culminating as a Senior Clinical Global Resourcing Executive. Educational qualifications include an MBA in HR from Sikkim Manipal University and a BSc in Microbiology, Chemistry, and Botany from St Josephs College, alongside a certification from the Lotus Clinical Research Academy in Clinical Research.
