Matthieu DORNIC

R&D project Manager at Allure Systems

Matthieu DORNIC has over a decade of work experience in the fields of R&D, 3D printing, and graphic design. Matthieu began their career in 2002 with various internships at companies such as Disney Presse, Coandco, DDB, Dream On, and Shangaï. In 2007, they worked as an Assistant Responsable Magasin at Picard. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as an Infographiste 2D at Traduction Grafik. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Graphiste 2D at LA BOITE A LETTRES, where they created plaquettes éditoriales and production d’encarts publicitaires, and designed websites for luxury hotels. In 2012, they joined 3D Systems Corporation as a CHARACTER ARTIST, specializing in 3D printing. After completing a certification program, they were hired as a full-time employee, managing a team of 7 people in France and India, creating and producing large-scale 3D printable figurines, and training others in 3D photogrammetry techniques. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as an Infographiste 3D - Visuel et Impression 3D. From 2017 to the present, they have been working at Allure Systems as an R&D Project Manager, Lead 3D, and Artist 3D. Matthieu is responsible for project management, R&D product development, and optimizing technical and financial processes. Matthieu also developed and implemented a virtualization process for remote work during the Covid-19 pandemic, and trained and managed a team of 4 people.

Matthieu DORNIC obtained their Scrum Master Certification from Scrum Institute in 2019. In 2016, they earned their TOEIC in Anglais Professionnel from Langage Forum. In 2012, they earned their Infographiste Multimédia - 3D from Nextformation. From 2007 to 2009, they earned their BTS in Design d'espace - Design D'objet from Lignes et formations. In 2006, they earned their Master in Chef de projet Multimédia from Institut International du Multimédia. Finally, from 2002 to 2006, they earned their Baccalauréat Professionnel AMA (Artisanat et Métiers d'Art) in Communication Graphique from Lycée Claude Garamont.
