Cherise Reguero, CAPM has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Cherise started their career at Payless ShoeSource in 2011 as a General Store Manager. Cherise then worked at Revolution Technologies as a Recruiter, where they successfully recruited and placed IT professionals for Fortune 500 clients.

In 2017, Cherise joined eviCore healthcare as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, responsible for coordinating talent acquisition activities. Cherise later transitioned to the role of OD Coordinator II, leading and managing projects to improve employee retention and development. Cherise also served as an Implementations Analyst, where they provided information and reporting for prospective clients and optimized Smartsheet grids to enhance workflow.

Currently, Cherise is working at Alluvionic Inc., where they hold the position of Director of Operations. Prior to this role, they served as an Operations Manager, overseeing the efficiency and quality assurance programs of the business. Additionally, Cherise worked as a Talent & Culture Specialist, where they created efficiencies for all departments, recruited high-caliber talent, and managed employee relations.

Cherise Reguero, CAPM, obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Communication from the University of Central Florida, where they studied from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Associate's Degree in General Studies at Eastern Florida State College, attending from 2011 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Cherise Reguero has obtained several certifications. In March 2018, they earned the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) designation from the Project Management Institute. Cherise also holds certifications in various areas, including Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from eviCore healthcare in January 2018, PI Analyst from R.H. Sweeney Associates in November 2017, and various Smartsheet certifications.

Cherise Reguero has demonstrated a commitment to continuous learning and professional development by obtaining certifications in topics such as hire, retain, and grow top millennial talent, succession planning, and Smartsheet alignment and product certification.
