Della Adams

Della Adams has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Della started their career at the Memphis Regional Chamber in 1995, where they worked as the Director of Technology Business Development. In this role, they collaborated with C-level executives and developed initiatives to support the growth of the technology sector in Memphis.

Later, Della joined the City of Memphis in 2006, where they served as the Enterprise GIS Program Manager. Della successfully developed an Enterprise GIS program that integrated into the city's business processes.

Most recently, Della worked at Allworld Project Management, starting in 2020. Della held the position of Chief Technology Officer, where they were responsible for setting the strategic vision and growth plan for technology initiatives. Della also provided IT strategic planning and implementation roadmap as a Sr. Advisor for Technology and Consultant.

Throughout their career, Della demonstrated their expertise in technology strategy, information security, automation, business process re-engineering, and GIS program development.

Della Adams pursued their education in the field of Geography, specializing in Geographic Information Systems. Della attended The University of Memphis from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Geography.
