Rochelle is responsible for Human Resources and Benefits Administration in the United States as well as support for the Managing Partners and Operations Managers for policy, process, and HR compliance practices across all Allyis global locations.
Rochelle has 20+ years of experience in the IT industry and has held various roles within the organization since the company was founded. Her career within the organization began as the Publishing Lead on the Microsoft OEM Team. As of 2000, her focus moved to internal operations and support, including the areas of human relations, marketing, internal communications, project management and business management.
Rochelle lives in the Seattle-area with her husband and their two children where they enjoy camping, hiking, and spending time with their Labradors, Finn and Gus.
