Amanda Paes McCone

Amanda Paes McCone has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Amanda started their career at Lufthansa as a Customer Service Consultant, where they handled customer calls, resolved complaints, and provided assistance with travel inquiries. After that, they joined Allianz Partners and held positions such as Client Services Officer, Client Services Department Trainer, and eventually became a Client Services Team Lead. In these roles, they managed and motivated staff, conducted training sessions, and oversaw departmental operations. Most recently, Amanda joined Almac Group, starting as a Production Supervisor, responsible for packaging clinical supplies to meet customer timelines and standards. Amanda then progressed to the role of Project Coordinator, where they focused on improving project efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Currently, they serve as the Global Project Lead, applying their expertise in managing projects on a global scale.

Amanda Paes McCone obtained a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi in the years 2001 to 2004. In 2023, they completed a Macro Credential to Post Graduation in Agile Leadership and Management from The Open University. Amanda also has several additional certifications, including Agile Project Leadership, Hybrid Project Management, Microsoft Planner Essential Training, and others.
