Caroline Godoy Baiochi

Caroline Godoy Baiochi is an experienced professional specializing in research and development (P&D) within the cosmetics and dermocosmetics industry. Currently serving as Analista de P&D at Almanati since July 2020, Caroline focuses on the research, development, and innovation of natural and organic cosmetic formulas, conducts market analysis and trend research, and assists in project coordination while ensuring compliance with technical specifications for raw materials. Previous experiences include an internship at ADA TINA Italy where Caroline engaged in the manipulation of cosmetic formulations and stability studies, as well as clinical analysis internships at Hospital PUC-Campinas and pharmaceutical internships involving patient care and medication preparation.
