Jalal et-Talabi

Jalal Et-Talabi has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of HR. Jalal has held various roles in different organizations, including being the HR Director a.i. at Almatis since 2022. Prior to that, Jalal was the Director and Owner of Et-Talabi Organisatie & Advies, where they served as an experienced HR professional for over 20 years. Jalal has also worked as a Senior HR Advisor a.i. at Perfetti Van Melle and Damen Yachting, and as an HR Manager a.i. at Genson Group, De Pooter Personeelsdiensten, and Royal Boskalis Westminister N.V. Jalal has also gained experience in the nonprofit sector as an HR Verandermanager A.I. at De Dierenbescherming. Additionally, they have been the HR Manager and HR Business Partner at Whirlpool Corporation, where they played a key role in developing and executing HR strategies. Alongside their corporate experience, Jalal has also worked as a Freelance ExamenCommissielid at De Nederlandse Associatie voor Praktijkexamens.

Jalal Et-Talabi attended Academie voor Mediationopleidingen from 2019 onwards, where they studied Arbeidsmediaton to become a Mediator. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2017, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management at NCOI Opleidingen. Jalal also holds a Bachelor's degree in BEDRIJFSKUNDE, which they obtained from 2006 to 2010. Before pursuing their Bachelor's degree, they completed a program in CONSULTANCY, HR, TAX, LAW at CPS from 2004 to 2006 and a program in PAYROLL, LAW, TAX at VPS from 2003 to 2004. Jalal started their education journey with a Praktijkdiploma Loonadministratie from PDL in 2002.
