Clayton Hilmandolar

Clayton Hilmandolar has held various roles in finance and analysis throughout their career. Clayton is currently working as the Head of FP&A at Alo Solutions since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Charlotte Radiology as the Manager of FP&A from January 2021 to January 2023, and as the Senior Financial Analyst and FP&A Lead from September 2019 to January 2021. Before that, Clayton served as a Senior Financial Analyst and Finance Business Partner at Sealed Air Corporation from September 2017 to September 2019. Clayton also worked as a Business Financial Analyst and Commercial Strategy at Novolex from April 2017 to September 2017. Clayton's experience in analysis and finance also includes working as a Financial Analyst II at XPO Logistics, Inc. from January 2016 to April 2017, and as a Commercial Business Analyst at Deloitte from June 2015 to January 2016. Clayton began their career as a Teaching and Research Assistant at North Carolina State University from 2013 to 2015.

Clayton Hilmandolar has an extensive education history. Clayton obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from North Carolina State University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. During this time, they also pursued a Minor in Business Administration and Management, General.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Clayton pursued a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) with a focus in Finance/Accounting from North Carolina State University. Clayton attended from 2013 to 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Clayton has obtained several certifications. In 2018, they earned a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) from Sealed Air Corporation. More recently, in 2023, Clayton obtained various certifications including Close Management Certification from FloQast, Datarails Course - Power User Level 1 from Datarails, and The 13-Week Cash Flow Model from Wall Street Prep.
