Heather Sullivan

Heather Sullivan has held a number of roles in the mortgage and appraisal industry beginning in 2003. Heather started as a Sr. Review Appraiser for the Wholesale Subprime Division of New Century Mortgage, specializing in reviewing high risk collateral and unique/complex property valuations. In 2007, they took on the role of Regional Chief Appraiser at LandSafe/Bank of America. In 2016, they became a Sr. Leader, Valuation Training Program at Corelogic | The Columbia Institute. Most recently, in 2022, they became Head of Operations Training Programs at Aloft.

Heather Sullivan attended the University of Idaho from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelors of Science in Business with a focus in Finance.
