Shatha Rabaa

Shatha Rabaa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at Alokab Consulting since July 2019, Shatha previously held the role of Business Analyst. Additionally, Shatha contributed to academia as a Teacher Assistant in the Industrial Engineering Department at Jordan University of Science and Technology from September 2017 to May 2018. Prior to that, Shatha gained valuable industry experience at Mashreq and Maghreb factory for home appliances, where responsibilities included Head of Maintenance Department and Production Planning Engineer from March 2017 to April 2018. Shatha holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Jordan University of Science and Technology, completed from 2012 to 2017, and graduated from Idoun Secondary School with a focus on the scientific section in 2012.
