Roberto Herrera

Roberto Herrera is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and management within the customer service and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Division Vice President at Alorica since April 2016, Roberto oversees multiple accounts in diverse fields, guiding a team of six Directors and managing a workforce of over 10,000 employees to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements and financial objectives. Prior to this role, Roberto held senior positions at Expert Global Solutions and NCO Group, focusing on inbound voice support and service delivery management. Roberto began the professional journey at Alphaomega Integrated Corporation, where responsibilities included managing operations for skilled laborers and engineers in the construction of critical infrastructure. Roberto holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management Economics from Ateneo de Manila University.
