Roxanne Reyes-Pocong has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as the PH Talent Acquisition Head for Support and Leadership Hiring at Alorica since August 2021. Previously, Roxanne held various roles including Recruitment Manager for Talent AVP at iQor, Global Talent Acquisition Manager for the Philippines, New Zealand, and Australia at IBM, and Lead Resource Specialist at Alexander Mann Solutions. Roxanne's recruitment career began as a Recruitment Operations Officer at Concentrix, followed by a position as Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist at Advanced Contact Solutions, Inc.
