Charles Sharman

Charles Sharman is an experienced Principal Design Engineer with a robust background in analog IC design. Currently at Alpha & Omega Semiconductor since August 2022, Charles has co-designed a monolithic 90A Smart Power Stage in 65nm BCD, leading a team of three. Prior experience includes roles at Vidatronic, Inc. and Analog Devices, where Charles co-designed various power management solutions and managed IC projects from concept to production. Additionally, Charles has extensive experience from positions at Seven:Twelve Engineering LLC, Maxim Integrated, and Synergy Semiconductor, where multiple ICs were successfully brought to market under their leadership. Charles holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Caltech and studied at the Weizmann Institute of Science.
