Ifthikar Saifudeen

Ifthikar Saifudeen is an accomplished ASIC Design Engineer with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as a Principal ASIC Design Engineer at Netlist since April 2021, Ifthikar contributes to innovative projects involving CXL and NVMe technologies aimed at addressing critical challenges in data center operations. Prior to this role, Ifthikar was a Senior ASIC Engineer at NGD Systems, Inc., where responsibilities included ASIC design, verification, and FPGA design for NVMe solid-state drives. Additional experience includes a position as a Senior Electrical Engineer at Rockwell Collins, focusing on the design and verification of GPS ASIC products, and a tenure at Qlogic Corporation, where Ifthikar played a key role in ASIC design and implementation for high-speed data paths. Ifthikar holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from California State University, Long Beach.
