Juan Luo

Juan Luo is currently the Manager of the TVS design group at Alpha & Omega Semiconductor. Prior to this role, Juan worked at Analog Devices where Juan held positions such as Staff Process Development/Device Engineer and Device Characterization and Modeling Engineer. Juan's career started as a Ph.D. research student at De Montfort University in Leicester, focusing on RF LNDMOS development on Si and SOI with TCAD simulation. Juan holds a Ph.D. in Advanced Microelectronics from De Montfort University, a Master's Degree in Microelectronics, and a Bachelor's Degree in microelectronic from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
