Lei Zhang

Lei Zhang excels in the field of process integration engineering with a focus on power devices such as MOSFET, IGBT, FRD, and TVS. With experience across various roles at Alpha & Omega Semiconductor and Monolithic Power Systems, Lei has engaged in new platform research and development, production yield enhancement, and wafer-level testing. Lei holds a Master's degree in Microelectronics from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China.
