Joe Pasalodos

Prior to joining Alpha Flow, Joe amassed over 30 years in the mortgage industry in the operations and underwriting side on both the conventional, alt prime and hard money lenders. Most recently, as VP of Operations for a start up that financed energy efficiency and renewable energy projects, he was able to contribute to the growth of that company from 20 employees to over 250 booking over 30 million a month in small projects at its height. This unique exposure to a myriad of residential mortgage and lien products allowed Joe to work with lenders in the correspondent lending space, direct to borrower, and home improvement contractors.

Joe attended Florida State University majoring in business administration. In his spare time, Joe enjoys racquet sports, volunteerism, international travel, and anything to do with the ocean.
