Scott Ardrey

As Director of Capital Markets, Scott is responsible for overseeing all capital market activities at Alphaflow. He works closely with our investors on capital raising, loan trades, portfolio management, reporting, and securitizations.

Prior to Alphaflow, he was Vice President of Capital Markets at Direct Access Capital, an institutional buyer of bridge loans and line of the credit provider to lenders. In that role, he built and led the business development, capital markets, and underwriting teams. He was responsible for overseeing all new loan acquisitions, portfolio management, and investor reporting. He was also an integral part in capital raising and structuring the company’s first securitization.

Scott has a BBA in Economics and Finance from Baylor University and an MS in Finance at Southern Methodist University. He has also passed all three levels of the CFA Program and may be awarded the charter upon completion of the required work experience.
