Carlos Pons, ITIL, has a long history of experience in the IT field. From 2006 to 2021, they have held various roles in different companies. In 2006, they began their career as a Senior Systems Analyst at Abbott Laboratorios. In 2008, they moved to Gyssa as a Business Intelligence & Data Management Consultant. In 2011, they joined Millicom International Cellular / Comcel (Tigo) as a Backoffice Architect. In 2014, they were appointed Vice President of Operations at WAU MOVIL. From 2015 to 2021, they held various roles at AutoWeb, Inc., including Manager, Cloud Operations, Manager, Systems Administration, and NetOps Senior. In 2021, they joined HealthCare.com as a Sr. IT Ops Engineer. In 2022, they began working at BairesDev as a DevOps Engineer and at AlphaPoint as a Service Manager - Chivo Project.

Carlos Pons is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from University of the People, which they began in 2017 and is expected to complete in 2022. Carlos is also pursuing a Bachelor in Business Administration from Atlantic International University, which they began in 2014 and is expected to complete in 2023. In 2017, Carlos began an Associate of Science in Computer Science from University of the People and completed it in 2020. Carlos has also obtained a number of certifications, including ITIL Foundation Level from AXELOS Global Best Practice in November 2021, Scrum Foundations Professional Certificate (SFPC) from CertiProf in June 2020, and ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Foundation from CertiProf in May 2020.
