Maxwell Kenney

Maxwell Kenney is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a robust background in recruitment and organizational development. Currently serving as a Manager in Talent Acquisition at AlphaSights since August 2018, Maxwell plays a key role in connecting business leaders with industry experts to enhance decision-making processes. Prior to this, Maxwell held multiple positions at Bluewolf, an IBM Company, from 2015 to 2018, focusing on attracting top talent within the Salesforce Ecosystem and implementing strategic recruitment initiatives. Maxwell has also made contributions as a Founding Father of the Knights of Columbus, a Director of Client Relations for the Public Relations Student Society of America, and as an Educator/Adviser for the Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity. Maxwell earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications/Public Relations from Monmouth University in 2015.
