Rajan Saigusa

Rajan Saigusa has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Rajan began their career at SEEQ Technology in 1993, where they held the position of Sr. Staff, Group Manager, Operations & Engineering for six years. In 1999, they joined LSI Logic, first as a Manager in WWOps & Supply Chain, and later as a Principal Engineer in WWOps Manufacturing & Global Strategic Sourcing. Saigusa then worked as the Vice President of Operations & Quality at Silicon Clocks from 2009 to 2010. Following that, they held the role of Sr. Principal Engineer PM at Open-Silicon, Inc. from 2010 to 2016. From 2016 to 2018, Saigusa served as the Director of ATE Operations & Planning at EAG Laboratories. Rajan then joined SiFive in 2019 as the Sr. Director of Operations until 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Si Operations & Supply Chain at Alphawave Semi.

Rajan Saigusa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from Cornell University. Rajan also obtained an MBA in Operations & Supply Chain Management from Golden Gate University. Additionally, Rajan earned a Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification from the American Society for Quality (ASQ), as well as a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Program Management Institute (PMI).
