Iyas Ibrahim

Iyas Ibrahim is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in IT Service Management, currently serving as the Head of IT Service Management at Alshaya Group since July 2012. In this role, Iyas oversees the effective delivery of IT services across all business divisions. Previous positions include Senior Manager for Application Systems at Alshaya Group, where Iyas managed critical application systems for over 75 international brands, and Project Manager at Syntel, leading a Project Management Office for a major account. Iyas’s career began as an Associate Software Engineer at Infor, focusing on ERP applications. Iyas holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and a B.Tech in Engineering from Govt. Model Engineering College, Cochin.
