Sumedha Pal Parmar

Sumedha Pal Parmar currently serves as the Head of Human Resources for Alstom in the India Cluster since May 2024. Previously, Sumedha held multiple senior leadership positions at Honeywell from October 2004 to April 2024, including Senior Director HR for Honeywell Technology Solutions and Country HR Leader for Honeywell India, overseeing talent and HR functions for over 13,000 employees across various locations. With expertise in end-to-end HR strategy, talent acquisition, and diversity initiatives across the APAC region, Sumedha demonstrated a strong ability to foster talent development and create competitive advantages through strategic workforce management. Sumedha holds a PGDPM in HR from Xavier Institute of Social Service and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Calcutta University.
