Bruno is currently the Head of Customer Experience & Consumer Products at alt.bank. Bruno has also worked as a Service Blueprint Specialist at Descola and as a Manager of Customer Experience - Head of Implementation and Optimization of Journeys at Mutant.

Bruno's experience in customer service and product management has allowed him to develop innovative and disruptive ideas that bring new market trends to reality for their clients. Bruno's work model, which is based on success, has been tested and validated as an MVP with a leading telecom client, and they have opened the product up to new clients within 3 months of operation.

In addition to their work in customer service, Bruno has also implemented agile and disruptive methodology (Lean Startup + SCRUM + Kanban + Design Thinking) in order to deliver greater value to the end client (with a focus on customer experience). Bruno also created a squad with HR in order to implement ideas around employee experience.

Their manager is Brad Liebmann, Founder & CEO. Bruno Grill Coelho works with Roger Gusmao - Head of Business Innovation, Gustavo Busnardo - CTO, Technology Director, and Arthur Potiguara - Head of Product & Business Development.
