Marcela Bocayuva is a seasoned professional in product design and service design, currently serving as Product Design Manager at alt.bank since January 2023. With a strong background in user experience and design leadership, Marcela previously worked as User Experience Lead at Loft and Service Designer Lead at Inoa, where talent acquisition was notably enhanced. Marcela's experience includes leading design teams, collaborating cross-functionally, and driving product vision at various consulting firms like HandMade Design and MJV Technology & Innovation. Holding a Bachelor’s in Product Design from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro and a postgraduate degree in Project Management from FGV, Marcela is well-equipped with a diverse skill set and a commitment to delivering effective design solutions.
