Fernando Shusen is the Head of Course Production at AltaClaro. Fernando is also the owner of Shusen Productions, an e-Learning and video communications company. Fernando has been in the forefront of developing, leading, and growing their company since 2016. Prior to that, they worked at large financial institutions and co-founded a couple of companies. Fernando has a passion for video production, digital training, and employee engagement. During their time working at financial institutions, they received the Toastmasters Film District award and served as the Sound Editor for the season #4 finale of the TV show, Breaking Bad. With their noteworthy accolades and over a decade of servicing several organizations in multiple capacities, Fernando decided to leverage their talent, expand their horizons, and established their own production company, Shusen Productions. Additionally, they were the Executive producer at The Battalion TV, managing the production in Mexico, they launched a music podcast, The FM Show which entails various interviews with artists from around the world. Fernando attended UCLA for Entertainment Studies, with a focus on the Music Business and copyright law. He's been married for 16+ years and is a father of two. In their spare time, they play the drums and loves listening to music.
