Ruth Hendrickson

Ruth Hendrickson has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and healthcare services. Ruth is currently serving as the Chief People & Engagement Officer at Altais, a healthcare services company. Previously, they held the position of Vice President, Human Resource Business Partners at Blue Shield of California from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Director, HR Business Partner at Levi Strauss & Co. from 2013 to 2015. Ruth also has experience working at UnitedHealth Group, where they served as the Director of Global HR Contact Centers, Director of Compensation Operations, and Human Capital Partner. Ruth has also worked at RGP as a Consultant at DefinityHealth, at Security-Victor as the Manager of the Commercial Insurance Division, at Deloitte as a Senior Consultant in Human Capital Advisory Services, at Medtronic, Inc. as a Communication Specialist, and at HealthEast as a Social Work / Casemanager.

Ruth Hendrickson attended several institutions for their education. Ruth completed a Women's Leadership Program at the Yale School of Management in 2019 and a Strategic Decision Making program at The Wharton School in 2018. In 2016, they pursued a Leading Change and Organizational Renewal program at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Earlier in their academic journey, they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Minnesota in 1997-1998. Their undergraduate studies were conducted at Minnesota State University Moorhead, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, with a minor in Gerontology.
