Estefania Maurer Spakowsky

Estefania Maurer Spakowsky has a diverse work experience in the medical field. Estefania currently holds the position of Site Medical Director at AltaMed Health Services since August 2022. Estefania also works as a PACE Physician at the same company since July 2019.

Prior to joining AltaMed Health Services, Estefania worked as a Hospitalist at Hemet Valley Medical Center from August 2018 to May 2019. Estefania also completed a Geriatric Medicine Fellowship at NYU Langone Health from July 2017 to June 2018.

Estefania gained experience as an Internal Medicine Resident at Woodhull Medical and Mental Health Center from July 2014 to June 2017. Before that, they served as a Voluntary Intern at Essen Medical Associates from February 2013 to April 2014.

Estefania Maurer Spakowsky has an extensive education history. Estefania obtained their Medical Doctor (MD) degree from the Universidad Central de Venezuela, graduating in 2009. During their time at the university, they attended the Luis Razetti School of Medicine as part of the Central University of Venezuela.

After completing their medical degree, Estefania pursued further studies. In 2010, they enrolled at Kaplan Medical, where they studied for two years. Estefania'sfocus at Kaplan was on the United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE).

In 2012 and 2013, Estefania enrolled in Micropower Career Institute. During this time, they completed two programs: "English for the Work Environment" and "English for the Business Professional."

Aside from their medical education, Estefania also has a high school diploma from Colegio Santiago de León de Caracas, which they obtained in 2003.

In addition to their formal education, Estefania obtained a certification as a Yoga Teacher from Earth Yoga NYC in August 2013.
