Henry A. Holguin

Henry A. Holguin has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Henry A. started their career in 1976 as a Senior Staff Counsel at the California Department of Corporations, where they were involved in enforcing corporate securities, franchising, and healthcare laws. In 1983, they co-founded the law firm Miller & Holguin, specializing in corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, business, healthcare, and real estate matters. The firm was based in Century City, California. Mr. Holguin remained with the firm until 2006. From 2007 to 2015, they were a Partner at Kelly Lytton Williams/ Messina, LLP, a boutique law firm in Century City dealing with business, healthcare, real estate, land use, and governmental relations. In 2007, they also joined AltaMed Health Services Corp. as General Counsel. In this role, they managed various legal matters for the non-profit healthcare delivery organization with over 2400 employees. In 2016, Mr. Holguin founded their own law firm, Holguin Law Group, where they continue to represent companies and groups in the corporate healthcare industry and handle complex business healthcare transactions.

Henry A. Holguin obtained a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus in Managerial Economics from the University of Southern California. Henry A. later pursued further education at the University of Cambridge, where they earned a Certificate in International Economics. Henry then went on to attend the University of California, Davis, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree with a specialization in Corporations/Business.
