Valeria Restrepo

Valeria Restrepo has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2018, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at Lakewood Orthopedic Surgical & Medical Group for six months. Concurrently, they also served as a Children's Ministry Staff Member at Family Church from June to September. In 2019, Valeria was employed as a Registered Behavior Technician at Xcite Steps for two years until July 2021. Subsequently, they joined ConnectMed International in May 2020 as a Program and Fundraising Coordinator, where they worked until July 2022. Currently, Valeria holds the position of Medical Assistant at AltaMed Health Services, starting in June 2022.

Valeria Restrepo obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiology & Neuroscience from UC San Diego, where they studied from 2017 to 2021. Valeria then pursued a Master of Science degree in Community Medicine at Keck Graduate Institute from 2022 to 2024. In addition to their degrees, Valeria Restrepo has obtained two certifications in Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers. Valeria received the first certification from the American Red Cross in February 2021, and the second certification from the American Heart Association in February 2023.
