Rick Makos

Rick Makos is the current Regional Director for North America East at AltaML. Prior to this, they served as President of Callisto Integration from June 2018 to February 2020, when the company was acquired by Accenture. Makos has also served as CEO of PHEMI from September 2017 to June 2018.

Makos has over 20 years of experience in sales, business development, and operational management. Rick has a proven track record of growing companies and transforming them into market leaders. Under their leadership, Callisto grew 12% in sales in 2019. Rick also successfully guided the team to revitalize sales, improve customer successes, and enhance operational execution. These enhancements resulted in the company's acquisition by Accenture.

Prior to joining Callisto, Makos served as CEO of PHEMI, a big data company. Rick successfully grew the company and positioned it for market leadership. Makos has a passion for helping companies grow and succeed. Rick is a strategic thinker and an excellent communicator with a proven track record of success.

They work with Jessica McCarthy - Executive Assistant, Becky Luedtke - Sales Enablement Lead, and Adam Asquini - Director, Project Delivery. Rick Makos reports to Cory Janssen, Co-Founder & Co-CEO.
