Duncan Taylor

Duncan Taylor has extensive experience in the field of leadership and executive recruiting. Duncan has served as the Head of Leadership and Executive Recruiting at TheKey since 2022, where they focus on helping individuals find new career opportunities in the consumer health industry. Prior to this, Duncan worked as an In-House Executive Search Consultant at AMN Healthcare from 2018 to 2022, providing executive recruiting services across multiple divisions of the company. Duncan also worked as a Recruitment Partner and Project Manager at Engage2Excel Recruitment Solutions from 2011 to 2018, where they successfully completed recruitment assignments and expanded client accounts. Duncan held the position of Director of Recruitment and Talent Acquisition at Holiday Retirement in 2010 and worked as a Regional Director of Professional Relations and Director of Recruitment Development at Banfield Pet Hospital from 2007 to 2009. Before that, they served as the President/Lead Consultant at International Business Resource Consulting, Inc from 2004 to 2007 and as a Senior Consultant at Young & Thulin from 1999 to 2004. Duncan started their career at Adamson & Partners in 1994 as a Senior Consultant/Department Head, where they developed the Healthcare Department and secured clients for European search and selection assignments.

Duncan Taylor holds a PhD in Medical Parasitology from the University of Nottingham. Prior to that, they obtained an MSc in Applied Parasitology/Medical Entomology from the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine. Duncan also holds a BSc in Applied Zoology from Bangor University. In addition to their formal education, Duncan has obtained certifications in Diversity Recruiting from LinkedIn in September 2020 and in Textio Inclusive Recruiting from Textio in August 2021.
