Alessia Palumbo

Alessia Palumbo has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. In 2010, they founded and owned a cleaning company specialized in the hotel sector called The Clean Line. Alessia provided high-quality cleaning services, along with linen rental and amenities supply.

In 2011, Palumbo founded Timetohost, a hospitality-focused PMI that offers comprehensive solutions for home care to enterprises in the hospitality sector. Additionally, they started a Founder Super Host Training Camp, providing a three-day intensive training course covering essential aspects of the profession.

In 2017, Palumbo worked as a freelance Mediation Assistant at Engel & Völkers Roma. Alessia provided assistance in real estate mediations.

Alessia held various roles in different companies from 2020 onwards. This includes being a Partner-Property Manager at italianway spa from January to November 2020, Managing Partner Cleaning & Operations at DoveVivo from July 2020 to the present, and Partner Director of Operations & Cleaning Service at ALTIDO from May 2022 to the present.

In 2021, Palumbo served as a Brand Ambassador for WomenX Impact and as an Executive Sales Manager at Guest Hero. Alessia also worked as a Home Critic at Elfaro Bnb, evaluating properties based on the owners' personal touch.

Starting in 2022, Palumbo became a Managing Partner Service Cleaning at CleanBnB.

Throughout their career, Palumbo has demonstrated expertise in property management, operations, cleaning services, and sales management in the hospitality industry.

Alessia Palumbo has a diverse education history with a focus on hotel management and hospitality. In 2022, they pursued a Master's degree in Hotel Management from Luiss Guido Carli University. Prior to that, in 2021, they completed a program in Sales Management: Politiche Commerciali e Reti Vendita at 24ORE Business School. Alessia also obtained a certification in Hospitality from Hospite Academy in the same year. In 2020, Alessia completed a specialization course in Executive Housekeeper from Universita' Europea del Turismo UET Roma and an e-learning program in Interior Design from Quasar Design University. In terms of their high school education, they attended Istituto Turistico Commerciale to study Operazioni di marketing per il turismo e i servizi di viaggio. Additionally, they obtained the Mistery Audit certification from Hospite S.r.l. in October 2021.
