Cara Harris is currently the Human Resources Lead at Altrad Services APAC. With a background in psychology and human resource management, Cara has held various HR roles in companies like South32, Coates, and BHP Billiton Worsley Alumina. Cara's expertise in people and culture management is reflected in her extensive experience as a Human Resources Business Partner in the mining and property development industries. Cara is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Business Psychology at Edith Cowan University.
